Buyer II - (Buyer II) - Procurement San Francisco
Reporting to the Director of Procurement and under the general direction of more senior buyers, the Buyer II position involves responsibility for routine procurement activity for which there are generally well-defined instructions, models, and precedents. Typical assignments involve procurement of basic supplies, equipment and services. Duties may include some clerical tasks, but most of the responsibility is of a technical nature related to purchasing and/or expediting purchases to ensure goods/services are properly received within the required timeframe. Delegated procurement authority is limited and clearly defined. The Buyer II may research and confirm pricing based on telephone quotes or informal written proposals, place orders, input electronic purchasing data, and process other purchasing documentation, review transactions and documentation for compliance with policy. Assist and provide information to others regarding the procurement process. Purchasing of commodities of a technical and specialized nature and/or developing ordinary contracts, service agreements, or leases. Items or services purchased may range from those acquired directly from the vendor/contractor with little or no modification to unique, scarce or custom-made items requiring creative development of original specifications, with minimal supervision or assistance. Resolution of conflicts between providers and end-users is an integral part of this position. The Buyer II may be assigned lead responsibility for lower level purchasing or clerical staff in carrying out assignments.

Reporting to and under general direction of the Director of Parking and Transportation and working collaboratively with other members of the campus leadership team, the Parking Operations Manager manages and supervises all Parking and Transportation department activities related to parking enforcement and Travel Demand Programs(TDMs). Research Station Coordinator Channel Islands
California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI) has partnered with Channel Islands National Park through a cooperative agreement to operate a research station on Santa Rosa Island. The Santa Rosa Island Research Station (SRIRS) is a satellite campus, stand-alone program, and hub of educational and environmental partnerships. The SRIRS plays a prominent role in supporting CSUCI's curriculum, student research, and other high-impact practices; providing opportunities for diverse groups of students, staff, and community members to participate in field studies and life-changing transformational experiences; and engaging with globally unique natural and cultural resources. The Research Station Coordinator is responsible for assisting the research station Director and Administrative Analyst in coordinating the day-to-day operations and administration of the Santa Rosa Island Research Station, playing a major role in all aspects of administering and planning group visits to the research station and outreach and educational programs including to K-12 students.

The Graduate Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator Self-Support Programs works in the College of Business (COB) under the Executive Director of Graduate Programs (EDGP). This position reports directly to the EDGP with the focus on College of Continuing Education (CCE) Supported graduate programs. This lead role is responsible for the analysis and daily operations of the recruitment and admission processes, management and implementation of recruiting and outreach events, outreach to on and off campus partners, data collection through a variety of sources, and preparation of reports that document, analyze and measure the impact of recruiting and admission strategies in all CCE supported programs. The Graduate Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator will participate in the development and implementation of COB policies and procedures, manage the team responsible for primary communication with prospective students and applicants, and will have direct contact with off-campus constituents. This position provides strategic outreach and recruiting efforts at the local, regional, national, and international level to promote the graduate programs and to increase enrollment in all CCE supported programs while ensuring a commitment to recruiting diverse, underrepresented, and disadvantaged students.
