Administrative Support Coordinator II (11/12) in Chico
Undergraduate Education and Academic Success is seeking an engaging, service-minded and solution-focused Office Coordinator to support the Honors Program and the Office of Civic Engagement. In this highly collaborative role, you will engage regularly with students, gaining meaningful exposure to the student experience, support the Honors student lounge, and help create a welcoming program environment. Working independently under general supervision, this position delivers comprehensive clerical and administrative support across both programs. Key responsibilities include partnering with both program Directors on budget projections, reconciliation, compliance with policies across multiple fund sources; coordinating the hiring and payroll processes for student employees; and managing logistics for events, including room reservations, set-up, and supply procurement.
