Planning and Space Analyst Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Planning and Space Analyst to provide administrative and analytical support to the University Planners, Associate Planners and Facilities (Space) Planner(s) in the CPDC Planning and Design (P&D) unit. This includes general office coordination; responsibility for campus files and University Planner/Associate Planner project support; review and processing of department budget; and responsibility of the development and preparation of the five-year capital outlay plan (Book), supporting proposal budget documents and other mandated reports. In addition, this position -under the supervision of the Chief of P&D, Director of Architecture and Director Land Use Planning - will prepare service and master enabling agreements critical for unit functions. Lastly, the position will assist the Facilities space Planner in the maintenance of overall administration of the Space and Facilities Database (SFDB), the Academic Planning Data Base (APDB) and other associated duties. This will include assisting with the coordination of space and facilities data, assisting with State required space reporting, and other tasks related to the update of CPDB planning tools.

The School of Nursing at California State University San Marcos seeks a part-time lecturer to teach the Psych/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Field Study courses: NURS 583, NURS 533C, NURS 535C, and NURS 539C. These are supervisory courses; each student is placed with a clinical preceptor. The faculty in this position will provide 10-15 hours of supervision per course, inclusive of four (4) face-to-face group supervisory sessions per semester, led by the PHMNP Program Coordinator. Faculty also conduct a minimum of two (2) on site visits with the student and the preceptor, and clinical sites vary within San Diego and Riverside Counties.

The S&L Campus Lead Faculty aids the Associate Director of S&L Operations to coordinate SoN simulation & laboratory activities at their campus. They collaborate with their counterpart at the other campus to ensure all policies are supported, and instructional and administrative procedures are conducted consistently between sites. They manage the S&L as a learning environment which supports student attainment of course competencies. Workdays vary depending on the SoN courses’ and laboratory schedule.
