Preference may be given to applicants with the following as they may be considered specialized skills:
- Master’s degree in Anthropology, Native American Studies, History, Museum Studies or a related field.
- Experience working with archival records.
- Knowledge of Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act and California Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act.
- Demonstrated experience working in Native American communities.
Time Base: Full-time- 1.0
Pay Plan: 12/12
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, Summer - Mon-Thurs 7:00-5:30.
CSU Classification Salary Range: $49,620 - $147,456 per year.
Anticipated Hiring Range: Not expected to exceed $85,000 per year. Salary commensurate with education and experience of the individual selected.
