About University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB (This is not a state position) University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB ("UEC") supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We’re responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects. |
Position Summary Temporary, Non-Exempt, Full Time, Benefited position through 6/30/2025 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance). Salary: $3,440.00-$4,400.00 per month. Location: CSRI San Bernardino. |
Work Schedule 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 8:45AM to 5:15PM. Some nights and weekends may be required. |

Typical Activities Under minimal supervision of the Center Manager, the Case Aide will work independently to: • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, providing information, and responding and directing calls and inquiries in an efficient manner.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to all.
• Be responsible for assisting participants in becoming more positive, productive, and prosocial members in the community by monitoring participant's compliance with program expectations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation according to agency specifications. Case Aide
• Observe participant performance and participation in video-conferenced class settings.
• Monitor participant compliance, evaluating and documenting participant progress and goal achievements.
• Support participant growth and development that aligns with program goals.
• Utilize progressive prosocial interventions and strategies in accordance with agency’s objectives, policies, and procedures that support participants’ programming and growth.
• As directed by the center manager, assist caseworkers in effective case management
• Some travel required.
• Other duties as assigned.
