Administrative Support Coordinator San Luis Obispo
The Architectural Engineering Department (ARCE) is one of five academic departments in the College of Architecture and Environmental Design (CAED). The ARCE Department offers an ABET-accredited Bachelor of Science major, a minor, and a Master of Science in Architectural Engineering. The department currently has approximately 9 full-time faculty, 12 part-time faculty, 300 undergraduate majors, and 15 master’s students. This position is fully responsible for the course scheduling responsibilities for the entire department. This person will assist with and sometimes take the lead on administrative coordination and duties related to the overall operation of the department, including information management, record-keeping and reporting, faculty and student recruitment, oversight of department resources, work direction to student assistants, and coordination of special events and projects.

Embedded Counselor Faculty East Bay
Working under the supervision of the Director of Counseling, Embedded Counselors provide intake assessment, crisis intervention, and short-term individual, and couples, and group counseling to currently enrolled students. The Counselor in Housing works with on campus residents, and the Counselor in SEAS works with SEAS program participants. Embedded Counselors design and implement outreach programs and interventions, and serve as liaisons to their specific departments. The counselors contribute to the overall training of campus staff through workshops and mentorship, and may also provide individual and group supervision to pre-licensed MFT, MSW, and PCC interns.

The Art and Art History Department in the College of Humanities and Fine Arts at California State University, Chico is seeking an Assistant Professor of Interior Architecture beginning Fall 2025. The minimum education requirement for appointment to this position is a terminal degree (MFA, MArch, MIArch, PhD, or equivalent) in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Candidates nearing completion of the terminal degree may be considered; however, all requirements for conferral of the degree must be met no later than the start date of the position. Significant professional experience and a proven record of, or potential for, creative scholarship and university-level teaching. Familiarity with contemporary issues in design and architecture.
