Job Overview
Under general supervision of the Associate Dean/Campus Director of EL, this position serves as the primary liaison to both internal and external departments/constituents on all day-to-day site related operations. The position is responsible for managing a wide range of administrative analyst and support related tasks, including financial, operations, facilities management and lead direction of student staff. The position carries significant responsibility in implementing short and long term campus facility needs, goals and objectives, while ensuring day-to-day site continuity. The position provides a variety of moderate to complex support in the development and delivery of EL programs/classes, and administrative support to the Associate Dean/Campus Director of EL. This position will assist in the EL Programming Team with operational support duties related to the planning, coordination, implementation and administration of programs/classes offered by the division. This position is headquartered at the California State University San Marcos Temecula campus.

This is a full-time, temporary, exempt position ending on or before 6 months from date of hire. Reappointment to this position is dependent upon the individual's performance as well as administrative and budgetary considerations. The university reserves the right to terminate this appointment earlier than the scheduled expiration date.

Pay, Benefits, and Work Schedule
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $5,274 - 6,059 per month
CSU Classification Salary Range: $5,274 - 7,684 per month
Salary is commensurate with the background and experience of the individual selected.
This position is eligible for medical benefits only under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), life and disability insurances, retirement (PST), tuition waiver, vacation and sick leave. In addition, 15 paid holidays are offered each year.
