Major Duties
Under general supervision, the Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the Senior Advisor and the Equity Innovation Hub (EIH) Leadership Team. Duties include extensive management of complex scheduling and calendar logistics, communication oversight, and facilitation of seamless interactions between internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate and execute various virtual and in-person meetings and events, ensuring thorough preparation, effective logistical planning, and timely follow-up.
- Proactively manages the Senior Advisor’s calendar on a daily and weekly basis.
- Provides day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Advisor and EIH Leadership Team.
- Composes and manages correspondence to internal and external audiences.
- Models a highly collaborative approach in supporting the EIH Leadership Team.
- Coordinates all travel logistics for the team, including booking flights, hotels, and local transportation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Equivalent to three years of full-time, progressively responsible administrative work experience requiring the use of independent judgement involving the study, evaluation, development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices or programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One to three years of experience performing executive level support in a higher education or other executive level setting.
- Experience or knowledge of working with STEM initiatives, grant projects, HSI programs or other programs for historically underserved and underrepresented students or communities.
- Experience using Qualtrics, Excel, and other platforms for tracking budget, operations, and tasks.
- Bilingual in Spanish.

- Advanced proficiency in calendar management and collaboration software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to build relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Adaptability and proactive problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
- The university offers an excellent benefits package, including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, retirement & savings, tuition waiver and more.
- Classification: Confidential Admin Support / 1176 / grade 2
- The anticipated HIRING RANGE: $4687 - $5600 per month, dependent upon qualifications and experience. The salary range for this classification is: $ 4687- $11,223 per month.
- HOURS: Full Time; 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday; may include evenings and weekends.
- This is a Temporary position; end date to be determined.
- The position is currently hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote); however, this is subject to change based on student and/or operational needs.
