Responsibilities include comprehensive and independent student advisement and guidance in individual and group settings involving career planning and related issues. This position requires a high degree of judgment, professional skills, and knowledge related to career planning, to perform considerable administrative planning and program management, including recognizing program needs and developing creative and realistic approaches to meet those needs and collaboration with other professionals, to provide quality programming. |
