Working independently, under general supervision, the Admissions Coordinator will interface with prospective student applications (23,000+) and provide valuable administrative coordination and support to the Admissions Department. This position is responsible for processing student applications for admission, maintaining compliance related to admissions, maintaining student records, and determining admission status. Director of Travel & Expense (Administrator II, Range 1) - San Francisco Bay Region Network San Francisco
Reporting to the Senior Director of Procurement and Accounts Payable, the Director of Travel and Expense provides leadership and operational oversight for travel and expense functions across the San Francisco Bay Region Network (SFBRN), serving California State University, East Bay, San Francisco State University, and Sonoma State University. The Director manages the Travel and Expense team and oversees the full lifecycle of travel and expense activities, including travel requests, expense reports, employee reimbursements, procurement card transactions, hospitality reviews, and compliance monitoring. The Director is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and policy-compliant processing of travel and expense transactions while driving process improvements, implementing best practices, and enhancing operational efficiency. The Director collaborates with campus stakeholders and Network partners to align travel and expense operations with institutional goals, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance with university, CSU, and regulatory requirements.
Assistant Director of Operations (Administrator I, Range 1) - Campus Recreation San Francisco
SF State is looking for an Assistant Director of Operations in the Campus Recreation Department. This position will serve in a leadership role capacity managing a LEED Platinum Recreation center & Recreational Spaces. As a member of the Campus Recreation leadership team, the incumbent is responsible for personnel management, operational planning, budget oversight, facility coordination, and the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. The position supervises professional and student staff supporting facilities management, operations, memberships, reservations, marketing, and outreach functions.

The Department of Engineering seeks an Assistant Professor of Engineering with the ability to teach courses in Civil Engineering, as well as in the Common Engineering Core, and Construction Management. The successful candidate will be able to teach in some core areas of the Civil Engineering curriculum, such as engineering mechanics, structures, environmental and sustainability, water resources, or construction engineering and management. We do not expect expertise in all areas; rather, we are looking for a colleague with the flexibility and interest to teach across multiple parts of the curriculum as needed in an expanding program.
