University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB ("UEC") supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We’re responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.

Position Summary
Temporary, Full Time, Non-Exempt, Benefitted position through 12/31/2025 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).
Salary: $4,583.00-$5,417 per month.
Location: CSUSB Campus.

Work Schedule
40 hours per week. Generally Monday through Friday, 8:00Am to 5:00PM. Some weekends for event attendance, hosting, and travel.

Typical Activities
Under minimal supervision of the Executive Director center for Cyber and AI, the WITH Cyber Project Coordinator will work independently to:
- Supervise part time temporary youth summer camp employees.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, advocating the benefits of Center of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity (CAE-C) Designation, Cybersecurity Doctoral Programs, Leveraging existing (CAE-C) materials and resources, Articulation, and K-12 community outreach events.
- Manage inquiries from all WITH Cyber collaborative partners and key stakeholders to foster collaboration and maintain positive relationships.
- Represent the WITH Cyber program at and outreach events, including Cybersecurity Competitions, Conferences, Symposiums, Colloquiums, Local High Schools, and Career Fairs, to actively promote the WITH Cyber program.
- Deliver high-level presentations tailored for the program Director, Partners, and Key Stakeholders to effectively communicate program goals and achievements.
- Lead in the creation of recruiting materials for print, social media, and websites to enhance program visibility, distribute mass information and attract potential participants.
- Organize and host regular virtual information sessions for all collaborative partners and key stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Create and maintain relationships and rapport with community and university partners. Provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits to community partners.
- Collaborate with university offices as necessary to optimize recruitment efforts and achieve desired outcomes.
- Assist the Executive Director and key stakeholders in creating and executing an annual operational budget, and KPI strategy.
- Generate and analyze surveys to identify trends and areas for program improvement within the WITH Cyber initiative.
- Provide program recommendations to the Executive Director.
- Track program engagement and participation, offering insights and strategies for ongoing improvement and recognition.
- Manage student participation for reporting purposes, and recruiting.
- Plan and present at information sessions info related to the WITH Cyber program.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education:
-
Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in one of the behavioral sciences, public or business administration or a job related field.

Additional specialized experience during which the applicant has acquired and successfully applied the knowledge and abilities shown above may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
- Experience:
-
Equivalent of two years of professional experience in a related field; experience should give evidence of competence and indicate the potential for further growth.

A master’s degree in a job related field may be substituted for one year of the professional- experience.
- Other:
-
Working knowledge of the practices, procedures and activities of the program to which assigned; general knowledge of the methods and problems of organizational and program management.

General knowledge of research and interview techniques; and of the principles of individual and group behavior.

Ability to interpret and apply program rules and regulations; use initiative and resourcefulness in planning work assignments and in implementing long range program improvements; obtain factual and interpretative information
through interviews; reason logically; collect, compile, analyze and evaluate data and make verbal or written presentations based on these data.

Demonstrated ability to make decisions and carry through actions having implications with regard to other program or service areas Services Office.
- The ability to travel to various locations locally and regionally with some occasional cross country travel.
- Must be a US Citizen and authorized to work in the United States.
