    • Multiple temporary hourly-intermittent Student Assistant positions available in Biological Sciences.


    • Start Date
    • Position available on or after September 3, 2024 and ending on or before May 31, 2025. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.


    • Job Description/Duties
    • Duties include but are not limited to:
      • Responsibly drive students to field trip destinations.
      • Be conscientious and concerned for the safety of the students which are being transported.
      • Complete and pass a two-hour online Defensive Driving course.

      Other duties as assigned.


    • Qualifications
    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Demonstrates the ability to be responsible and mature individual.
      • It is preferred, but not required, that the incumbent be working towards a Biological Sciences degree.

      Required Qualifications:
      • Must be over 21 years of age.
      • Must have a valid California Driver's License.
      • Must show proof of a good driving record.
      • Must have passed online Defensive Driving Course.
      • Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
      • Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.


    • Salary Range
    • $16.00 per hour
