Join our team as the Director of Payment Services (DPS), reporting to the Associate Vice President for Business and Financial Services. In this role, you will lead and manage Accounts Payable, Travel, P2P Data Analytics, and ProCard operations. You will ensure a customer-centric approach while safeguarding assets and maximizing ProCard rebates. Your responsibilities include overseeing timely, efficient, and accurate payment processing and reporting, reviewing and recommending payment policies and procedures, and implementing the CSU P2P (CSU Buy) and Concur Travel systems. Additionally, you will develop policies, procedures, spend analytics, and staff training. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative and dependable judgment, ensuring compliance with government laws, CSU, and CSU Bakersfield policies.
