This role coordinates the Online BSBA program, which is a component of the Special Sessions programs. This position oversees office management, leads Online BSBA staff, preparation of schedules, maintenance of program reports and statistics, which includes retention and graduation rates, determination of eligibility to the program, preparation of program evaluations, advising, and general day-to-day operations.
