Risk Management Administrative Analyst Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Risk Management Administrative Analyst to provide highly complex support to staff within Systemwide Risk Management (SRM), including support for the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Financing, Treasury, and Risk Management. The position also assists, collaborates with, and serves as the primary liaison for the California State University Risk Management Authority (CSURMA) program administrator staff. This position is responsible for the overall management and administration of the annual Fitting the Pieces Together Conference (FTPT). The position also assists in a variety of administrative responsibilities and is privy to, and consistently utilizes, sensitive and highly confidential data involving the CSU’s risk management programs, Office of General Counsel litigation matters, and collective bargaining activities. Such data would include, but not be limited to, legal summons and complaints, litigation reports, mediation information, settlement agreements, CLERY/crime statistics, and employee data (e.g., SSN, DOB, home address, etc.).
Cyber Fusion Center Compliance Manager Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Cyber Fusion Center Compliance Manager to be responsible for managing CFC-related compliance activities and providing operational oversight of CFC security control implementation across the 22 CSU campuses and the Chancellor’s Office. The role operates in a federated environment where campuses maintain responsibility for local systems, operations, risk decisions, compliance obligations, response actions, and operational outcomes. Within that environment, this role manages compliance coordination, control verification, evidence collection, remediation tracking, documentation, standards and guideline review, operational risk tracking, and reporting for CFC security controls and related CFC capabilities. The position works directly with campus ISOs, Chancellor’s Office risk, compliance, and audit teams, vendor teams, and subject matter experts to support consistent interpretation of requirements, maintain compliance visibility, evaluate control implementation status, track operational risks, and escalate security risks, material control gaps, or issues requiring CFC leadership or governance attention.

Outreach and Student Success Coordinator - ADN/RN to BSN Program Channel Islands
Under general supervision, the Nursing Outreach and Student Success Coordinator performs professional student-services work as a member of the Extended University team. The position focuses on expanding and sustaining the partnership with Allan Hancock College (AHC) to increase ADN/RN to BSN student access and success. The coordinator provides proactive outreach, recruitment and student support events, and admissions guidance to prospective, current, and past students while ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry through enrollment. Serving as a university representative to community colleges, hospitals, and regional partners, this role combines academic advising, outreach coordination, and student-success programming. The incumbent exercises professional judgment in applying CSU and program policies, outreach and admissions practices, and representing the Nursing Program within the Extended University framework.
