The Title IX/DHR Investigator (the “Investigator”) has primary responsibility for conducting timely and equitable investigations pertaining to protected status discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, sexual exploitation, dating and domestic violence, stalking and retaliation for the entire campus community (faculty, staff, students, third parties). The nature and impact of such investigations will vary in scope and seriousness, such that failure to investigate might subject the University to serious financial risk.
