The incumbent works closely with the Dean, Associate Dean, Program Coordinator (PC), and Farm Administrator to align resources with the College’s strategic and operational goals and to ensure the college is compliant with Federal, State, System, and institutional policies and procedures for fiscal and personnel actions. This position is expected to take initiative, work independently, and be accountable for work results in planning, organizing, analyzing, and reporting.
