The Admission Evaluator is responsible for processing and reviewing admission applications and supporting documents to determine admission eligibility. The Evaluator shares responsibility for processing all admissions applications, including domestic and international, graduate and undergraduate. The incumbent will perform tasks associated with the admission process to ensure timely admission review and accuracy of admission decisions and eligibility. Evaluators will perform various tasks associated with the admission process and helps to provide generalist customer service duties and support the front-facing counter of Admissions on a rotation/as needed basis, via the department service desk, on telephones and via other virtual platforms.
Student Success Advisor Pomona
Under general supervision, the Student Success Advisor (SSA) will provide advising to all students in the College focused on setting goals to facilitate students' success, persistence, and degree completion in a timely manner. The SSA will collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators in the College as well as in the Bronco Advising Center, the Office of Student Success, the Registrar's Office, University Advising, and supplemental advising departments to meet institutional goals and implement student success initiatives. The SSA will also maintain clear and accurate records of student meetings and communications and produce regular reports summarizing programming efforts that include data and recommendations for continuous improvement. The SSA also supports student academic petition processing, admission, enrollment, and orientation activities in the College. The SSA will attend and participate in professional development training offered by the Office of Student Success to stay up to date on key policies and processes.

Under the general supervision of the Vice President for University Advancement (VPUA), the Executive Assistant serves as the primary administrative support to the VPUA, managing complex, confidential, and sensitive matters. The incumbent provides executive, operational, logistical, and communications support to the Office of the VPUA and the Executive Director of Development and collaborates closely with campus leadership, including Vice Presidents, Associate Vice Presidents, the Office of the President, and the CSU Chancellor’s Office. This position delivers comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Vice President and the University Advancement division while ensuring exceptional service to donors, volunteers, board members, and campus partners. Responsibilities include managing executive calendars and correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining accurate donor and constituent records in the CRM system, and supporting daily office operations.
