| The Academic Affairs Executive Assistant, provides administrative and analytical support to the Provost. The incumbent interacts with upper-level campus administrative personnel, academic administrators, community, private officials, as well as members of the Office of the Chancellor. The incumbent handles administrative matters that are highly sensitive in nature. The position duties require the exercise of considerable initiative, independent judgment, diplomacy, discretion and knowledge of the effect of Academic Affairs on all aspects of the university. |
