| Under the supervision of the Director, Career Development Center and led by the Assistant Director of Employer Engagement, the Employer Recruitment and Program Coordinator will act in a lead role in coordinating, planning, and executing a variety of activities and events that engage students with the employment community. They will build partnerships between the university and external communities (business, the public sector, and not-for-profit entities) emphasizing development and marketing to expand part-time, career and internship employment opportunities for students. In consultation with employers manage and expand recruitment job listings, and events available to students in CareerLINK. Provide advising and coaching to students and alumni in all aspects of career exploration, decision-making and job search. |
