| The College of Engineering is seeking two Administrative Support Coordinators to join the team in the departments of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering! As a Department Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for providing office and administrative support in the areas of department office coordination, personnel/human resources, purchasing and business services, academics, health and safety, and communication for the assigned department. The Department Coordinator will provide back-up support to other department(s) as assigned, and will serve as an on-site supervisor to student employees. The work schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and requires on-site presence. If you have administrative support experience and customer service skills, we want to hear from you! |
