| Under the general direction of the Senior Director of Library Operations and Development. the Head, Access Services leads and oversees one of the major public services department in the CPP Library, Access Services. The unit head is responsible for providing leadership to the unit, overseeing the daily operations, and overseeing the program operations, which includes technology administration, policies, and budget . Incumbent serves as the lead for 5 staff and 20-30 student assistants. As a unit head, the incumbent works with the library and other university organizations to provide services, develop and implement policies in a manner that ensures customer service excellence, and provide a welcoming and safe environment for users. |
