The position develops and implements strategies, policies, and training programs that promote a positive campus climate while supporting the work of the senior diversity officers and the President’s DEI Board.
As a strategic partner, the Associate Director collaborates with departments across the university, engages with senior leaders, and provides innovative solutions to complex issues related to culture and climate.
