They also handle escalated situations with students, faculty, or other stakeholders, providing support and deescalating as necessary. The Associate Registrar manages and oversees the staff and systems supporting the Academic Advisement and Degree Planner modules in Campus Solutions (CS), as well as the undergraduate graduation process. They must be familiar with registrar-related modules within CS, including Academic Advisement, Student Records, and Degree Planner. They lead a curriculum working group between the Division of Undergraduate Education and Academic Planning and the Registrar’s Office. The Associate Registrar collaborates with the Student Records Functional Business Analyst and Academic Advising on a routine basis. The Registrar’s Office also uses a legacy system for research, OnBase for scanned documents, and Microsoft Office, and the Associate Registrar must be able to use these systems capably.
