Director of EOP, RSP & SEAS Affinity Programs East Bay

Under the general supervision of the Director of Campus Case Management and the SAFE Place, the Residential Life Case Manager is responsible for the provision of critical support for students experiencing emotional or material challenges that negatively impact their well-being and ability to achieve academic success. The Residential Life Case Manager will provide mental health assessments, crisis management, triage, effective referrals, follow up, tracking, and continuity of care between campus departments and community resources. As the resident expert of State Aid Administration, this role serves as the subject matter expert of State Aid and will be the primary adviser and communications coordinator to all recipients of financial aid from the California Student Aid Commission. The Coordinator maintains policy documentation and institutional reporting to ensure institutional compliance, and will review eligibility, advise in awarding of allocated funds, and advise internal and external stakeholders of requirements.
