In addition to the duties of a facility controls specialists, the incumbent shall provide technical leadership to other staff members including but not limited to interpretation of engineer design methodology, directing new or retrofit control projects, developing sequence of operations, programming, and commissioning. Work with management to organize long term planning to modernize campus systems within constrained budgets. Continually improve internal metering capabilities and data capturing. Expand the knowledge of the team by enabling individual success and understanding of challenging concepts. Contribute to project development at early stages to assist design team in developing elegant cost effective solutions that meet the campus goals. |
