Director, Outreach and Recruitment Pomona
The Director of Outreach & Recruitment is a senior leader within Outreach, Recruitment & Educational Partnerships (OREP) responsible for generating and shaping enrollment demand among prospective first-year and transfer students through high schools, community colleges, college fairs, and on-campus recruitment events. The Director leads the strategic execution of Cal Poly Pomona's pathway-based recruitment framework, converts awareness into qualified applications, and partners with Enrollment Management & Services and other internal stakeholders to support yield.
Coaching Assistant -12 Month (Temporary through June 30, 2027 with the possibility of reappointment) East Bay
This position will help foster a team culture that is focused and driven to succeed academically and athletically, while servicing the community. Assist in the planning and implementation of practice, competitions, travel, equipment, paperwork and any other administrative duties set forth by the Head Coach. Recruit prospective student athletes in compliance with college policies and procedures. Monitor the academic progress and development of student-athletes. Conduct and supervise athletically related activities for specific training groups on a daily basis. Assist with the monitoring and posting on the team website and social media. Assist in all fundraising opportunities. Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations.
Administrative Support Coordinator I (11/12) Chico
Under the lead work direction of the Administrative Support Coordinator II (ASC II), the incumbent will perform day-to-day work independently, with general supervision. Duties include direct administrative support for the Mathematics and Statistics Department office and faculty, including support for the ASC II, SSP IV, and the Department Chair. The incumbent also provides supervision for student assistants and support for student-related functions, including handling all student inquiries. Incumbent also maintains financial information and associated documents, performs reception responsibilities, makes purchases, assists with maintaining and reconciling aspects of the department budgets, is fluent in ALEKS testing systems, and oversees website maintenance. Customer Service Specialist (Accounting Technician II) Chico
Under general supervision, this position provides operational and financial support within Student Financial Services (SFIN), with primary responsibility for student account support, cashiering functions, and passport acceptance services. The position processes and reviews financial transactions, maintains accurate financial records, and provides guidance to students, faculty, staff, and campus departments regarding student financial services processes. This position serves as a Passport Acceptance Agent and is responsible for reviewing applications, accepting payments, maintaining compliance with U.S. Department of State regulations, and safeguarding sensitive and personally identifiable information. The incumbent operates with a high degree of accuracy, accountability, and customer service while applying independent judgment and established procedures to support daily financial operations.
