The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Financial Aid Programs Manager to manage the development, promotion, and implementation of systemwide financial wellness programming. Ensure that assets developed can be utilized across the 23 universities and the Chancellor’s Office. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing training for financial aid offices across the 23 universities and managing internal and external web content.
The incumbent represents the CSU on various intersegmental committees and task forces at the statewide level. The incumbent will work collaboratively with cross-divisional managers and committees including Financial Aid Directors, Financial Aid and Scholarships teams, Directors of Outreach, CMS managers and staff, Directors of Admissions and Records (DAR), State University Registrars (SUR), Extended Education, Cal State Online, and institutional research directors. |

The Academic Advising Center is looking for Integrated Academic Advisors to provide crucial services to students, particularly in the Cultural Academic Resource Center (CARC). Academic Advisors (SSP II) educate, assist, support, and advise students towards a timely graduation. These positions work directly with students. These positions advise on GE/GR courses, provide mandatory advising before registration, help to understand university’s policies and procedures, educate students on raising their GPAs, and retain students. |

The successful candidate will teach up to 15 contact hours per week in undergraduate laboratories and/or lectures, with assignments being consistent with the candidate’s expertise and training, as well as the specific needs of the Department. Most of our instructional needs will be in introductory chemistry courses. In addition to classroom teaching, the candidate will be expected to hold office hours for students and perform the other normal duties associated with teaching. M.S. or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Biochemistry, applicants with degrees in related fields to chemistry will be considered if they have a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in chemistry or biochemistry. |
