| The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Manager, Threat Assessment and Emergency Management to serve as the systemwide subject-matter expert responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of CSU’s behavioral threat assessment and intervention programs. The position provides strategic leadership, training, guidance, and consultation to support threat assessment & behavioral intervention team functions across all 22 campuses. The incumbent directs development of systemwide policies, procedures, and operational protocols; conducts behavioral analyses; supports threat mitigation strategies; and collaborates extensively with Chancellor’s Office and campus stakeholders. The Manager, Threat Assessment & Emergency Management also supports systemwide emergency management, continuity efforts, and workplace violence prevention initiatives, including activities related to SB 553 (Workplace Violence Prevention) compliance. |
