The Academic & Career Success Post-Award Grants Analyst provides fiscal, administrative, compliance, and analytical support for CI Compass: Guiding Students from Entry to Employment, a U.S. Department of Education Title III Strengthening Institutions Program, and supports other assigned sponsored projects within the Academic & Career Success portfolio consistent with funding and institutional requirements. The position supports effective stewardship of sponsored resources and provides project leadership with advanced fiscal, administrative, and compliance analysis to inform implementation, planning, and decision-making. Reporting to the Executive Director of Academic & Career Success, who serves as Principal Investigator, the Post-Award Grants Analyst works closely with project leadership and University partners to independently analyze and monitor grant resources; coordinate fiscal, procurement, personnel, contractual, and reporting processes; maintain required documentation; and support compliance with sponsor, CSU, and University requirements. Specific assignments and areas of support may shift based on grant priorities, implementation needs, and institutional processes, consistent with the classification and grant requirements.
Graduate Student Success, Retention & Systems Analyst (Administrative Analyst/Specialist - Exempt II, Range 3) - The Division of Graduate Studies and Career Development	San Francisco
Under general direction, the incumbent provides lead programmatic direction in systems planning, business process development and improvement, cyclical assessments of business processes, and analysis of internal and external policies that govern graduate education and affect campus stakeholders.
