Senior Program Coordinator Sacramento
This role is responsible for the planning, delivery, promotion, evaluation, and tracking of various courses, programs, workshops, seminars, and special events with a high level of complexity. The senior program coordinator serves as lead in meetings with other departments regarding courses, recommends changes to current processes, serves as a point of contact for program information (internally and externally), represents the program at industry events, and may provide training to ASA II, ASC I, or temporary assistants. The senior program coordinator will be primarily responsible for assisting with project management and ongoing student services, coordinating program/course implementation and providing support to faculty, staff, and students; day-to-day coordination of academic programs, outreach and promotion. The senior program coordinator will also be responsible for documenting organizational policies, procedures and best practices.
