This role is responsible for the planning, delivery, promotion, evaluation, and tracking of various courses, programs, workshops, seminars, and special events with a high level of complexity. The senior program coordinator serves as lead in meetings with other departments regarding courses, recommends changes to current processes, serves as a point of contact for program information (internally and externally), represents the program at industry events, and may provide training to ASA II, ASC I, or temporary assistants.
