The Department of Liberal Studies at California State University San Marcos seeks a part-time lecturer for Academic Year 2016/17 to teach GEOG 202_World Regional Geography/GIS Enhanced. The candidate should have experience in teaching World Regional Geography using GIS.

Minimum requirements for the position include: an MA in Geography and interests in World Regional Geography and GIS.

Preferred requirements for the position include: a Ph.D. or equivalent in Geography, and experience teaching World Regional Geography courses using GIS. Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated commitment to diversity and/or intercultural competence with diverse groups in relation to teaching.
